Tanya Griego, born and raised in Grants, NM, was introduced to New Mexican music at an early age. Being influenced prominently by her father’s love of Spanish music, Tanya began dreaming early on about having her own album produced.

This dream was fulfilled when her self entitled, New Mexican music, album was released in April 2011. The first single off of her new album, "Amor Platonico" is quickly hitting radio airwaves throughout the southwest.

As New Mexico’s hottest rising star, Tanya Griego has started her career performing alongside the Tanya Griego Band throughout the state of New Mexico, along with having the honor of singing at the 2011 New Mexico Bowl. With her powerful, energetic and heartfelt performances there is much more to come from Tanya Griego.
